Owner/Master stylist
Briana started her career in 2008 , and from the beginning has continuously stayed current with advanced education opportunities. As a certified Aveda hair color educator, Briana created and developed an in salon education program, training new stylists in the industry. Briana opened The Brio Salon in February of 2022 as truly a dream come true- A vision that a salon of independent master stylists could coincide to give the best Colorado Springs has to offer.“My passion is people. I enjoy getting to know them, making connections, and making them feel their most beautiful selves.” She specializes in hair color, balayage, & hair shaping. Outside of work she enjoys being with her family. Husband Jake, son Graham, and daughter Alice. As a Colorado Native they enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and golfing.

Jazz
Master Stylist
Jazz specializes in edgy haircuts ranging from short to long; As well as custom color and balayage. She enjoys educating her guests on how to take care of their hair on a daily basis. She’s a 2011 Aveda institute graduate fromAnn Arbor Michigan but has lived in Colorado since 2014. “My love for hair comes from making everyone feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.”Outside of work Jazz enjoys being in the great outdoors, reading, listening to music, and playing video games. She’s an animal lover and has two cats.
Sylvia
Master Stylist
Sylvia graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in 2018, and started her apprenticeship right away at a high end salon here locally in Colorado Springs. Under amazing educators she has advanced efficiently as a stylist. She has a passion for precision haircuts, personalized colors, and beautiful blondes. Sylvia is also a certified Bellami hair extension stylist, and is experienced in a multitude of different hair extension techniques. “I love the smiles I see on my clients faces -It makes My day knowing I had a part in making Their day!” Outside of work Sylvia enjoys hiking, taking her dog on adventures, playing volleyball, cooking with her boyfriend, & trying out the local food scenes.
Jenna
Master Stylist
Jenna has been in the hair industry for over 16 years and is extremely knowledgeable about hair cutting and keeping up with trending shapes and styles. “I am extremely passionate about my work and educating my clients. Because I specialize in all things color including color correction and blonding, I feel that it is of the upmost importance to teach my clients how to maintain fresh and vibrant color between appointments and how to keep the integrity of their hair at its highest level in between services.” Jenna enjoys providing proper product recommendations and teaching each client how to use them. Shes passionate about teaching proper hair care management/ and proper styling tool mechanics. “I love teaching clients how to work with their natural texture whether it be curls or waves, as I have curly hair myself and fought it for years until I learned how to properly care for and style it. I love doing melted and balayage techniques and color melts to edgy pixie cuts with bold colors.
Darien
Master Stylist
Darien Started her career in Virgina, then moved to the beautiful state of Colorado where she has further excelled at her craft. She enjoys blonding services and fashion colors. Darien also loves the creativity of formal styles and updos, and is experienced in weddings. “ I love what I do because theres no better feeling than making someones day!” Darien also offers eyelash lift & tint services, brow shaping, & eyebrow lamination services. Outside of work, Darien likes to do outdoor activities, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her cat.
Bridgette
Master Stylist
Even though she hails from the Midwest, Bridgette enjoys creating relaxed mountain hair cuts, styles and color that is easy to manage for her clients.
With 16 years in the industry, she enjoys meeting, connecting, and having great conversations with her clients to better understand them and their hair goals. “ I enjoy creating customized luxury looks, with what suits each client best and looking fresh.”
Bridgette often hones her craft with ongoing education and classes multiple times a year to stay up to date on new products and trends.
When not in the salon, Bridgette can be found hiking, at concerts, at her Crossfit gym, cooking in the kitchen, out camping and simply enjoying all that beautiful Colorado has to offer!
Kaitlin
Master Stylist/Aveda Blonding Specialist
Kaitlin started her career in 2010 with over a decade of that being with Aveda. She loves the transformation and creativity of hair color and “making people feel their best!” through extensive advanced education, Kaitlin has become a blonding specialist where she can truly hone in her craft. She is a Colorado Springs native, an avid reader, a wife and a mom to two beautiful girls, Charlotte and Holland.
Mishayla
Junior Stylist
Mishayla graduated from the International Spa and Salon Academy here in Colorado Springs in 2022, and started her apprenticeship right away at The Brio Salon. She is focused on haircuts and personalized hair color. “My passion is recognizing everyone’s idea of their own personal BEAUTY and helping them bring it to life!” After some advanced training, she is now available for bookings as a junior stylist!
Sara
Junior Stylist
Sara was Aveda trained at the Aveda Denver Institute in 2016. After staying home with her children during the pandemic she is excited to get back to doing what she loves to do. “ I love the creative aspect of hair, and making people feel and look their best!”
Desiree
Esthetician
Desiree started her career in esthetics in 2006 after graduating from the Aveda institute, Las Vegas. Her waxing career started three years later after moving to Colorado. “Working at an exclusive waxing studio increased my confidence, improved my technique, and that’s when I really fell in love with waxing. I love connecting with people, using conversation to ease their minds during their wax. It’s important to me that the experience is comfortable, low pressure and doesn’t feel rushed.” In addition to full body and facial waxing, she currently offers brow shaping and tinting. Desiree is also a yoga instructor. She loves being with her family, traveling, cooking, hiking, and going to concerts and various sporting events.
Abby
Master Stylist/ Balayage specialist
Abby began her hair career in 2013 at an Aveda Salon where she started as an apprentice and quickly progressed her career to a Master Stylist while staying within Aveda focused salons. She has completed numerous advanced education trainings and specializes in balayage, hair color, blonding and cuts. She enjoys thoroughly consulting her clients to ensure that she is giving her clients their dream hair and overachieving their expectations. Natural products have always been her focus to ensure health and longevity for her clients hair and her own health as a stylist.
Beyond the chair, Abby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, organizing her Airbnb business with her husband, investing in real estate, and being a home maker. She is a new mother to a baby girl and enjoys all the steps in the journey that comes with it!
